怪女孩‧蛻變中

苜蓿芽屬於芽菜的一種，含有多種維生素、蛋白質、礦物質、纖維、葉綠素及酵素，
為極佳的健康食品之一，可自己動手培育，讓您享受安全、營養的芽菜，
感受豐收的喜悅，它的栽培法如下：

１　選購未拌有農藥、供芽菜專用的種子為佳。

２　清洗３次，除去破裂、變色及浮在水面上的不良種子。

３　以紗布或網袋包裹種子，浸於５倍種子量的水中６～８小時，
　　浸種期間水需更新２～３次，水溫保持在２０℃左右。

４　將整袋泡過水的苜蓿種子提起，讓水自動濾乾後，外圍濕布，
　　置於陰涼處２４小時
　（氣溫超過２８℃時，需置於冰箱冷藏櫃內進行，可防止發霉），
　　此為初次催芽。

５　初次催芽後，每３～４小時泡水１分鐘，再立即瀝乾，
　　直至芽長出０。５cm 即可。
　　（置於冰箱者，仍在冰箱內進行，每４～６小時泡水１分鐘）

６　將上述的種子直接平鋪於培芽箱的網子上，
　　另一個網子蓋在種子上，再開始澆水，
　　夏季每２小時澆一次，冬季每４小時澆一次，(夏季最好用冰涼的水澆灌)。
　　置於通風陰涼處，夏季若能用電扇吹風散熱，有助於防止發霉。

７　上班族可早晚各澆一次水，其他時間則置於冰箱下層。

８　若打開蓋子見光３～４小時，可增加葉綠素含量。

※　因芽菜栽培期間短，約４～７天即可採食，種子內胚乳或子葉供給的養份，
　　已足夠芽菜生長所需，故可不施培養液即能培育。

超想要男主角米克（Mick）家裡的書牆（下圖中後）

昨天跟 Titus 在翻 Freshome 的舊文
竟發現　相似的書架呢　可惜設計者只有寫 Eric 而沒有附上全名
根據設計者的留言　這書架是他在兩年前為一位曼哈頓的客戶量身訂做的
還附上了尺寸參考耶．．

　　i designed, built, and installed that bookcase about 2 years ago
　　for a client in manhattan.
　　the general idea is based on something he had seen in a hotel in LA.
　　it is by no means a perfect solution for book storage,
　　but was a great exercise in problem solving and is a very satisfying object
　　to experience in person.
　　i have executed many custom pieces of this scale and it is one of my favorites.
　　it is certainly one of a kind, and definitely not a retrofiited wine rack!
　　to the critics: the overal dimensions are 12′+ x 20′.
　　it works out to almost 100 linear feet of shelf.
　　each cubicle is 18″ x 18″ and 12″ deep
　　(zum deutschen Kritiker: 457mm x 457mm x 305mm),
　　so it can certainly accommodate books of the larger variety.

不知道其他人是怎樣的感覺
對於要在現代舞中找到感動　我總覺得有那麼些難度

是的　表演者的肢體線條很美　
是的　舞者體力和技巧令人驚歎
（幾乎想上去捏捏看是不是沒骨頭　可以這樣任意扭曲．．）
但是　感動？　似乎總是有些距離

對我來說　如果沒有閱讀編舞的介紹
絕大多數的作品　就像印象派的畫　有看沒懂
如果　創作者要說我沒有慧根　我沒意見
不過　無法引起共鳴的創作者大概也沒什麼天份吧　XD

因為　藝術不是該反映生活嗎？
如果用觀眾的藝術程度不夠　來當作自己作品無法引起共鳴的原因
這實在是很矛盾的事情．．．
畢竟　如果無法引起觀者的共鳴
那麼　這樣的作品　也不過是作者本身的自 High 罷了

別急著要反駁我呀．．．
我可沒自大到覺得所有不引我興趣的作品都是廢渣
畢竟　每個人的生活經歷不同　能認同 or 體驗的範圍也不同嚕

讓我從此對現代舞完全改觀

很美的一段舞蹈
似乎能在空氣中嘗到愛情中淡淡的惆悵滋味

澳洲籍藝術家榮．穆克（Ron Mueck）原為模型製作專家，

在美國電視台擔任幕後工作近十五年後，投身好萊塢電影特效工業。

一九九○年代，穆克開始製作完全擬真的物件供商業攝影，

卻陰錯陽差引來英國收藏家查爾斯．薩奇（Charles Saatchi）的興趣，

邀請他以【長眠的父親】（Dead Dad）參加名噪ㄧ時的「聳動」（Sensation）巡迴展，

穆克就此揚名國際，並於二○○ㄧ年獲邀參加第四十九屆威尼斯雙年展。

The Dinner Party, created by feminist artist Judy Chicago, is an important art work of 1970s. It comprised of a triangular table—a symbol of equality—divided by three wings. 39 women are represented by place settings on the table and another 999 names are inscribed on the white tile Heritage Floor on which the table rests. The first wing begins in prehistory with the Primordial Goddess and continues through development of Judaism, early Greek societies then into the Roman Empire, marking the decline in women's power, signified by Hypatia's place setting. The second wing represents early Christianity through the Reformation, depicting women who signify early expressions of the fight for equal rights, from Marcella to Anna van Schurman. The third wing begins with Anne Hutchinson and addresses the American Revolution, Suffragism, and the movement toward women's increased individual creative expression, symbolized at last by Georgia O'Keeffe. Notice how the color saturation changes as we move from one wing to another, higher color saturation reflects the stronger standing of women in the history.
